  • How do I register for LEBIC 2026?

    Registration is easy! Visit our Registration Page and select the pass type that best suits your needs (Visitor, Delegate, Buyer, or Exhibition packages). Complete the online form, make payment via PayPal or Stripe, and you'll receive your confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • What are the different pass types available?

    We offer several pass types: Visitor Pass ($55 CAD) for general access, Local Resident Pass (FREE) for Brampton residents, Delegate Pass ($299 CAD) with full conference access including workshops, Buyer Pass ($199 CAD) for priority sourcing access, and Exhibition Packages ($4,500-$8,500 CAD) for companies wanting booth space.
  • Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

    Yes! Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations 30-59 days before receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable, but you can transfer your registration to another person.
  • Is there an early bird discount?

    Yes! Register before March 31, 2026 to save up to 30% on all pass types. Early bird rates are limited and subject to availability. The earlier you register, the more you save!
  • Can I upgrade my pass after registration?

    Absolutely! Contact us at info@lebic.org with your registration details, and we'll help you upgrade. You'll only pay the difference between your current pass and the upgraded pass.

  • What hotel should I stay at?

    Our official hotel partner is the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Brampton. We've secured exclusive rates and benefits including free shuttle service to the venue, complimentary breakfast, and free WiFi. Book your room here. Alternative nearby hotels are also available.
  • Is parking available at the venue?

    Yes! Ample parking is available at the Pearson Convention Center and nearby facilities. Parking rates and details will be communicated closer to the event date.
  • How do I get to the venue from Toronto Pearson Airport?

    The venue is located near Toronto Pearson International Airport. You can take a taxi/Uber (approximately $35-45 CAD), use our official hotel's airport shuttle service, or rent a car. Public transit options via Brampton Transit and GO Transit are also available.

  • What exhibition packages are available?

    We offer four packages: Standard ($4,500) with 10×10 ft booth, Executive ($5,500) with 13×10 ft booth, Premium ($6,500) with 20×10 ft booth and featured placement, and Sponsorship ($8,500) with 30×10 ft booth and maximum visibility. All packages include setup, WiFi, and promotional benefits.
  • What's included in the exhibition package?

    All packages include: booth space with pipe & drape setup, 2-5 exhibitor passes (depending on package), WiFi access, listing in event directory, social media promotion, and lead scanning technology. Premium and Sponsorship packages include additional marketing benefits and prime booth locations.
  • Can I choose my booth location?

    Booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Premium and Sponsorship package holders receive priority placement in high-traffic areas. If you have specific location preferences, register early and contact us to discuss available options.
  • What are the booth setup and teardown times?

    Setup begins the evening before the event (August 21, 2026, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and continues on event morning (August 22, 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM). Teardown starts at 6:00 PM on August 22. Detailed exhibitor information will be emailed 2 weeks before the event.
  • Can I bring promotional materials and giveaways?

    Absolutely! Promotional materials, brochures, business cards, and branded giveaways are encouraged. Please ensure all materials comply with local regulations and are appropriate for a professional business environment. Food items must be pre-packaged and sealed.

  • How can I apply to speak at LEBIC 2026?

    Visit our Speakers Page and click "Apply to Speak." Complete the application form with your bio, proposed topic, and speaking experience. Our selection committee reviews all applications and contacts selected candidates within 2-3 weeks. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
  • Will sessions be recorded?

    Yes! All main stage sessions are professionally recorded. Delegate Pass holders receive 1-year access to all session recordings. Recordings are typically available 7-10 days after the event. Workshop and breakout sessions may not be recorded.
  • Can I meet speakers one-on-one?

    Many speakers participate in our AI-powered matchmaking system and may be available for networking. Some speakers also offer private consultations or roundtable discussions. Check individual speaker profiles closer to the event for availability and booking information.
  • How long are the sessions?

    Main stage keynotes are typically 45-60 minutes including Q&A. Workshops and masterclasses run 90-120 minutes. Panel discussions are usually 60 minutes. The full schedule with session lengths will be published closer to the event date.

    Yes! Delegate Pass holders receive networking breakfast, lunch, afternoon refreshments, and access to the networking dinner. Buyer Pass holders receive lunch and networking dinner. Visitor Pass holders can purchase food at the venue or nearby restaurants. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.
  • What is the dress code?

    Business casual to business professional is recommended. Most attendees wear business attire as LEBIC is a professional networking and business development event. Comfortable shoes are advised as you'll be walking and standing throughout the day.
  • Can I bring a guest?
