4 packages: Standard (CAD $4,500 · 10×10 ft), Executive (CAD $5,500 · 13×10 ft), Premium (CAD $6,500 · 20×10 ft — most popular), Sponsorship (CAD $8,500 · 30×10 ft). Custom packages also available.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booth. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the event. Flexible payment arrangements are available — contact us to discuss.
Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before the event. 50% refund if cancelled 60–90 days before. No refund within 60 days. Bookings are fully transferable at no charge.
Yes — companies booking 2+ booths receive a 10% discount. Companies booking 3+ booths receive 15% off. Contact info@lebic.org for multi-booth arrangements.
Setup & Logistics
Booth setup day is August 21, 2026 from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Additional setup time is available from 7:30 AM on event day (August 22). LEBIC staff will be on site to assist.
All booths include carpeted floor space, a basic table and chairs, and electrical connection. Premium and Sponsorship packages include upgraded furniture and custom setup support.
Yes. You can bring banners, signage, product displays, and promotional materials. All display materials must comply with booth size limits. Refer to the Exhibitor Handbook for full guidelines.
Yes. All booths include a standard electrical connection (15A). Shared Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. Dedicated internet connections available for Executive+ packages.
Yes. Pearson Convention Center has a dedicated loading dock for exhibitor setup day. 1,000+ free parking spaces are available throughout the event.
